The Transforming Steps Of A Butterfly

First, an adult butterfly lays their eggs on different leaves through out different fields all over the world.

Next, the caterpillar grows and grows until it is a grown up caterpillar. Monarch caterpillars alone eat milk weed.

Then, the adult caterpillar crawls to the bottom of one of the leaves and hangs itself upside down.

Next, it starts to wrap itself up into a chrysalis. It hangs there for about 10 days.

Finally, the chrysalis hatches and out comes the butterfly.
